• Excellent communication skills both spoken and written in English.

• Commitment, attitude and ability to work as a team.

• Ability to work under pressure even for longer working hours.

• Computer knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point, internet browsing.

• Candidates having experience of Quality Management System (QMS) at any renowned garments manufacturer can apply.

• Perform internal QMS/ Technical Audit being internal auditor, work with all section head for improvement whenever needed.        

• Follow up, monitor, and supervise QMS requirements to ensure successful implementation throughout the entire manufacturing process, from the warehouse to shipment.        

• Lead quality control and management systems in cutting, sewing, and finishing.        

• Train all quality inspectors and staff on basic quality requirements, concepts, and policies.        

• Develop quality SOP and quality manual for good quality management.        

• Total Quality Management, Implementation, and Continuous Improvement. Implement all technical requirements of the buyer for a technical audit.        

• Implement 5S housekeeping in the workplace and train every department about 5S.        

• All types of quality metrics and key performance indicator (KPI) reporting. Technical files and document control.·

• Ensuring all kinds of Products safety requirements as per customer’s expectation.        

• Follow up and monitor all the machine valid  calibration in workplace.

• Ensuring all quality & production issue by Auditing & Controlling.

• Having experienced in handling 3rd party/ 1st party technical audit.

• Doing CAP and communicating with the buyers.

• Any others job assigned by management.
