Experience:

• Masters

• Bachelor/Master’s in Chemistry/Applied Chemistry

• Cattle Feeds Laboratory testing Poultry Feeds Quality assurance and control Quality Management.

• Strong Technical Know-How.

• Good at Microsoft Excel.

• Ability to work under pressure.

• Goal Oriented, Team Player and Proactive.

• Candidate must have experience in poultry industry and willingness to work anywhere in Bangladesh.

• RM & Feed Quality Assurance:

• Develop and implement SOP for sampling and analysis of feed & raw materials.

• Daily review of variation between actual lab results of all RM and feeds.

• Initiate action for result variation.

• Ensure better quality and productivity.

• Ensure RM inspection carried out as per plan in ERP.

• Ensure Equipment Calibration as per schedule.

• Train and develop team members.

• Medicine & Premix Quality Assurance:

• Overall responsible for Medicine stock and weekly audit.

• Ensure premix dosage and mixing.

• Review batch records, chemist logs, and stock reconciliation reports.

• Production:

• Follow standard formulation and ensure zero variation.

• Review all of activities of production.

• Check and verify all record which QC following in production area.

• Hygiene:

• Follow-up chemist and encourage to be hygiene in feed mill area.

• Lab Inventory Management:

• Co-ordinate monthly stock audit Physical vs ERP

• Ensure the cost of Lab Expenses within the Budget.

• Packaging & Dispatch:

• Ensure the Finished Good Quality during Packing.

• Ensure the Chemical test before Dispatch.

• Reporting & Record Maintenance:

• Provide reports to HOD regarding RM, FG, and Bio-Security.

• Prepare weekly analytical report on Breeder Feeds & Raw Materials.

• Customer Complain Management:

• Receive Quality Complaints and solve along discussion with HOD.

• Ensure market sample checking.

• People Management:

• Developing the next level potentials to take up higher responsibilities.

• Ensure Potential Team Member Retention by Motivation, Reward and Recognition.
