Responsibilities & Context:
Develop, implement, and monitor QA/QC procedures for civil construction projects.
Conduct inspections of construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and contract agreements.
Assist in project handover by preparing quality dossiers and as-built quality documentation.
Review method statements, material submittals, and inspection & test plans (ITPs).
Monitor the quality of materials and coordinate laboratory testing for concrete, steel, and other construction materials.
Maintain quality records, inspection reports, test results, and project documentation.
Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and project managers to resolve quality-related issues.
Verify that construction activities comply with applicable codes, standards, and safety requirements.
Participate in internal and external quality audits.
Ensure all work is completed in accordance with the project quality plan and company quality management system.
