Job Responsibilities:
∎ Will be responsible for continuous improvement of the company’s product line quality by quickly detecting, validating and preventing product and process defects
∎ Should have good R&D skill to learn new tool/technology and share with other teammates
∎ Will work with an integrated team of Developers, Product Owners, and QA Engineers for test planning, test driven development and product validation (white and black box testing, regression validation and user acceptance story tests)
∎ Lead, sets priority for and support specific and ongoing performance improvement initiatives such as improving product accuracy, software quality, product delivery schedule reliability and service response time
∎ Strong client communication – Escalation management, Relationship management
∎ Creates company-wide quality goals and metrics, and works with senior functional leaders to ensure function-specific quality measures supporting corporate targets
∎ May provide training, tools and techniques to functional leaders and managers to enable their ability to achieve quality targets
∎ Create better documentation format for testing progress/result management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have experience working with a test team in an agile/scrum development environment both onshore and offshore
∎ Must have API testing experience with tool like: Postman (both manual and automated)
∎ Hands on experience on automating web and mobile application with Java/Python/C++ (Tool preference : Selenium / Katalon Studio/Appium)
∎ Good knowledge on Continuous Integration (Jenkins/CircleCI, SonarCloud) and testing tools
∎ Hands on experience on writing unit test code
∎ Write test plan, test case for both manual and automated test, review test case of other team members and provide improvement suggestion
∎ Should have real life experience with Performance testing tool like - Jmeter
∎ Real life working experience with Security testing tool like OWASPZap, SQL Map
∎ Experience to design customized QA process which is considered on requirement and project status of each project from scratch
