Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and maintain the Quality Standard and Rules & Regulations for achieving the quality of garments as per buyer requirements, SOP, Compliance and Technical support.
∎ Oversee the entire manufacturing process including incoming, in process, finished goods inspection, and testing.
∎ Oversee the entire QC & QA department and ensure liaison & effective communication with other departments to ensure timely and quality garments delivery.
∎ Control and validate quality processes by establishing Product specifications and Quality attributes.
∎ Conduct audits and monitor first article and first piece inspection and report.
∎ Develop and maintain quality assurance objectives and coordinate objectives with production procedures in cooperation with the Production Department.
∎ Analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of finished product.
∎ Plan, promote, and organize training activities related to product quality and reliability.
∎ Output review against the sample and follow-up on first output garment measurement report.
∎ Need to finalize the critical operation, quality points and explain to Quality team.
∎ Inline inspection findings should be discussed with respective Production, IE & Management to ensure corrective measures are taken.
∎ Must report any deviation in QA system to the Management.
∎ Must design quality plan i.e. design the quality parameters of basic raw materials (for example, fiber, quality for yarn, yarn quality for fabric, grey quality for fabric, grey fabric quality for finished fabrics, etc.).
∎ Evaluate the supplier's samples and report it to concerned department (top Management, Production and Purchase dept.), informing them of any deviation, if any; and also suggest for alternate.
∎ Collect samples as per plan and standard.
∎ Test the packed and stocked material from time to time to avoid any damage
∎ Oversee the maintenance of machines/ equipment to ensure quality.
∎ Any other task assigned by Management
