Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/ Masters from any reputed recognized University preferably in QA Apparel/ Garments/ Manufacturing related subject.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, checking, follow-up, monitoring, and reporting activities of Quality Assurance.
∎ Giving quality assurance solutions to vendors and clients and managing clients on quality regional visits.
∎ Leading a team in the Quality and Technical Department.
∎ Proactive and highlighting the issues well in advance.
∎ Having Seasonal meetings to proactively highlight and ensure preventive action post review of styles.
∎ Strong leadership and team management skills.
∎ Develop the quality standard and rules and regulations for achieving the quality of the garments.
∎ Responsible for overall quality assurance/Quality Control.
∎ Setting Q.A team and ensuring that targets are achieved in any other task assigned by the higher authority.

∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate with a minimum of fifteen or more years of apparel Quality experience for a well-reputed multi-national buying office in Dhaka for the position of QA Manager.
∎ The candidate should be technically sound in Garment Quality & manufacturing process and Apparel production.
∎ Good email writing skills are required for this position.
∎ The applicants should have experience in Quality control/ Audit/ Inspection/ Production in Garments (Woven/ Apparel/ Knitting/ Buying House (Garments)

Salary: Negotiable
