∎ Age 27 to 36 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Perform all kinds of inspections in accordance with TIL(Tex International Ltd.) standards and /or Buyer's Requirements/ Specifications. Knowledge of QMS audit will be an advantage.
∎ Prepare/issuing of field inspection reports based on actual findings and submit them to the Coordinator after inspection.
∎ Studying SOP and buyer's instructions/specifications and keeping up to date about inspection procedures and following accordingly.
∎ Setting quality standards of the factory following customer's requirements and guidance for each department and process.
∎ Working experience in handling pre-production meetings, line layout, In-line production quality control, capacity planning, and final Inspection with all aspects of quality assurance.
∎ Analyze inspection reports to identify sources of quality problems and take necessary countermeasures to improve future results.
∎ To follow the 'Time and Action Plan' on regular basis to ensure on-time shipment with the right quality and quantity.
∎ Familiarity with European customer's requirements
∎ Coordinate with the factory production team and merchandising team.
∎ Very punctual on-site and Available to work on odd hours when required.
∎ Having good knowledge of the different types of fabric and printing would be an advantage.
∎ Have a good knowledge of newborns, kid production & product safety requirements.
∎ Have experience in shoes inspection can also apply.
∎ We are looking for Inspector -Inspection, especially who are experts in quality control & inspection. This is a field position for those who love the interaction with people in factories
