• Minimum 2–5 Years Experience in Purchase / Procurement
• Experience in Interior, Construction or Engineering Sector Preferred
• Good Knowledge of Building Materials & Market Sources
• Strong Negotiation & Vendor Management Skills
• Experience in MS Excel & Reporting

• Motorcycle Driving with Valid License Preferred

Department: Procurement & Supply Chain

Job Responsibilities:

• Purchase Interior & Construction Materials as per Project Requirement
• Collect Market Rates & Compare Supplier Quotations
• Maintain Vendor & Supplier Communication Professionally
• Ensure Quality, Quantity & Timely Delivery of Materials
• Prepare Purchase Order (PO), Bill & Documentation
• Monitor Material Stock, Inventory & Site Supply
• Coordinate with Accounts, Store & Project Team
• Maintain Daily Purchase & Expense Reports
• Search & Develop New Vendors for Better Pricing
• Any Other Tasks Assigned by Management
