Experience

• Minimum 5–8 years of practical experience in Interior Project Execution / Construction / Fit-out works.

• Experience in independently managing multiple interior projects and supervising Project Engineers/Site Engineers is highly preferred.

• Practical experience in Residential Apartments, Duplex/Triplex Houses, Corporate Offices, Restaurants, Showrooms, Hotels or Resorts will be given preference.

Required Skills

• Strong practical knowledge of interior construction and finishing works.

• Ability to read and execute Architectural, Interior and Working Drawings.

• Strong knowledge of materials, measurements, workmanship and quality standards.

• Excellent site problem-solving and decision-making ability.

• Strong leadership and team supervision skills.

• Ability to train and guide junior Project Engineers.

• Strong contractor and vendor management capability.

• Good planning, reporting and communication skills.

• Must be capable of working under project deadlines and handling multiple sites simultaneously.

• See the problem at site, understand the technical reason, provide the right solution, guide the Project Engineer and get the work completed properly within the committed timeline.

• Candidates with only administrative/project reporting experience but without strong hands-on Interior Execution experience may not be suitable for this position.

SINAN Architect Engineering is looking for an experienced and execution-focused Project Manager – Interior Execution to lead and supervise our Project Engineers and ensure successful execution of multiple interior projects.

The ideal candidate must have strong practical experience in Interior Project Execution, Site Management, Quality Control, Material Management and Project Handover.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and guide Project Engineers handling multiple interior projects.

• Monitor project execution according to approved Design, Drawing, BOQ and Work Schedule.

• Ensure required quality, finishing and workmanship standards at every stage of execution.

• Monitor material requirements, requisitions, usage and wastage control.

• Coordinate with Design Team, Project Engineers, Contractors, Vendors and other concerned departments.

• Identify execution mistakes and provide practical solutions and corrective instructions.

• Train and develop Project Engineers in site execution, quality checking, planning and reporting.

• Monitor contractor manpower, productivity and daily/weekly work progress.

• Ensure proper execution of Ceiling, Electrical, Plumbing, Tiles, Paint, Woodwork, Furniture, Glass, Metal, Lighting and related interior works.

• Identify project delays and prepare practical Recovery Plans to meet committed deadlines.

• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure timely rectification of defects and incomplete works.

• Manage snagging, finishing and final handover preparation.

• Submit regular project status reports to Management highlighting Progress, Quality, Delays, Risks and Required Decisions.
