• Strong negotiation and communication

• Proficiency in ERP/software (Click ERP, SAP, Oracle, etc.)

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Develop and implement effective purchasing strategies to ensure cost efficiency and quality procurement.

• Source reliable suppliers, vendors, and contractors; maintain strong relationships for long-term business benefits.

• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.

• Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies.

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with store/warehouse to avoid shortages or overstocking.

• Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, delivery time, and cost.

• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and legal regulations.

• Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and alternative sourcing.

• Coordinate with different departments (production, accounts, logistics) for procurement planning.

• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier details.

• Handle import-related documentation (if applicable) and ensure timely clearance.

• Prepare procurement reports and present to management regularly.
