Additional Requirements:
Preference: Army / Navy P.R or General P.R work experience
Strong communication (Bangla & English) and interpersonal skills.
Relevant Civil Work Experience:
Candidates with prior P.R experience in the Army/Navy (retired or service background in PR/communication roles) will be highly prioritized.
7–10 years of proven experience in public relations, communication, or corporate affairs in the civil sector.
Experience in real estate or land development companies will be an added advantage.

Job Description & Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and relevant authorities.
Represent the company in public forums, meetings, and corporate events.
Build effective communication between the company and customers to enhance reputation.
Coordinate with marketing & sales teams to support branding and promotional activities.
Prepare reports, press releases, and manage media/P.R activities.
Maintain a positive image of the company through professional representation.
