Experience:

• Masters
• Bachelor/Honors

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s preferred) in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or relevant field.

• 7 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer

• Preference: Army / Navy P.R or General P.R work experience

• Strong communication (Bangla & English) and interpersonal skills.

Relevant Civil Work Experience:

• Candidates with prior P.R experience in the Army/Navy (retired or service background in PR/communication roles) will be highly prioritized.

• 7–10 years of proven experience in public relations, communication, or corporate affairs in the civil sector.

• Experience in real estate or land development companies will be an added advantage.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and relevant authorities.

• Represent the company in public forums, meetings, and corporate events.

• Build effective communication between the company and customers to enhance reputation.

• Coordinate with marketing & sales teams to support branding and promotional activities.

• Prepare reports, press releases, and manage media/P.R activities.

• Maintain a positive image of the company through professional representation.
