Responsibilities:
The PSSAO is a key member of the program team and will report to the Shelter Manager. He will be responsible for:
Day and Night duty as roster basis.
Support to prepare action plan and coordination of a program and its activities
Ensure overall implementation of activities as per project direction and report to the management time to time.
Ensure team support to establish congenial working environment hence ensuring the objectives.
Promote the regular use of knowledge, information and decision making
Enable the Survivors of shelter home to become adoptive into normal social and family life.
Participate to prepare budget breakdown for individual activity and track expenditures
Maintain communications with the different stakeholders, public administration maintaining liaison with the G.O and relevant development agencies regarding survivor’s issue.
Build positive relations within the team and external parties
Schedule and organize meetings, workshop, training and other events
Ensure appropriate message through appropriate reporting for all operations.
Be active and agile to carry out any task given by management for the sake of programme implementation.
Data collection and obtain with details related to survivors
Technical monitoring of the Shelter, providing recommendation of the maintenance works to be carried out.
Preparing minor technical reports and narratives
Continuously updating activity documentation and files
