Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in clinical psychology
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Facilitate training on 'Psychosocial support'.
∎ Develop and modify training module
∎ Visit field and monitor the CFS Centre (Children Friendly Space).
∎ Provide psychological first aid services in emergency situations
∎ Coordinate Field research activities
∎ Conduct FGD and report writing
∎ Prepare all kind of internal and external donor reports
∎ Facilitate national and international visitors and donors for visiting purpose in the camps.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
Additional Requirements:
∎ Arrange different seminar related to service
∎ Ability to work under pressure or in emergency situations
∎ Have standard knowledge on related field.
∎ Coaching, Counseling and presentation skill
∎ Problem solving & decision making on different issue
∎ Commitment to an understanding of BRAC core values and principles
∎ Demonstrated competency to work independently with minimum supervision
∎ Willingness to live and work in difficult and rapidly changing conditions
∎ Ability and willingness to travel and stay in the field
∎ Ability to work effectively in a culturally diverse organization
