Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
∎ At least bachelor's degree in business related subjects or Information Technology (IT).
∎ Chinese Language (HSK level of at least 4)
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Chinese Language (HSK level of at least 4)
Job Context:
∎ At least bachelor`s degree in business related subjects or Information Technology (IT).
∎ Minimum 2 years` experience in related field.
∎ Fresh university graduates may also apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Closely working with the Managing Director
∎ Carry out day to day secretarial jobs at MD's desk maintaining proper confidentiality.
∎ Drafting letters, correspondence, proposals, speech etc. for MD both in Bangla and English as needed.
∎ • Set up and maintain files and keep correspondence and reports available for reference.
∎ Prepare correspondence, business reports and presentations as required.
∎ Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, with different clients and take notes or dictation at meetings and provide general assistance during presentations.
∎ Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels from home and abroad.
∎ Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments.
∎ Arranging travel, visa and accommodation both within and outside the country.
∎ Communicate with concerned govt. & private agencies and higher officials and business partners
∎ Coordinate with management team & other departments as per requirement.
∎ Follow-up actions on pending important issues
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

∎ Must have a certificate in Chinese Language (HSK level of at least 4)

∎ Minimum 01 years as a PS to MD (not applicable for fresh university graduates)
∎ Gentle and pleasant personality.
∎ Excellent communication skills both spoken and written in Chinese, English and Bangla
∎ Expert in MS Office package (MS Outlook, MS word, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint presentation).
∎ Expert in a PC with Windows software.
∎ Should have very good interpersonal skills.
∎ Should be dynamic and innovative.
∎ Should be flexible for any other tasks assigned by the authority as well as for any kind of business
∎ trip inside and outside the country.
∎ Dynamic, proactive, hardworking & willing to work under pressure.
Salary: Negotiable
