∎ The candidate must have Diploma (Diploma in Agriculture will be given preference) with minimum CGPA 2.50 or 2nd class/ division or equivalent result in all academic examinations
∎ Education will be relaxed for the potential Candidates
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Guide the block supervisor how to implement the design
∎ Preserve accurate records of projects, including costs, materials used and man-hours worked
∎ Conduct site visits to assess ongoing work and identify any potential problems
∎ Prepare and submit the bill on time
∎ Collect the bill/ check as per the requirement
∎ Ensure the maintenance of the work of project after handover
∎ Prepare the report based on the management requirement
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
∎ Perform any other jobs as assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Experienced on Landscaping or similar role will be given preference
∎ Knowledge on basic horticulture, care of plant material, agronomy practices, disease & pest control management
∎ Must be able to oversee several projects at a time
∎ Excellent in labor management
