Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Environmental Science, Master of Social Science (MSS) in Economics, Master of Social Science (MSS) in Development Studies, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Statistics

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Business Consulting, EOI, Foreign Funded Projects, NGO Development projects, Project concept development, Project Proposal, Project proposal writing, RFP, Tender bidding
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Consulting Firms, NGO, Development Agency, Engineering Firms, Market Research Firms, Research Organization, Technical Infrastructure

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct thorough research on potential clients or funding agencies to understand their needs and requirements.
∎ Gather information and develop project proposals, prepare EOI / RFP that meet the needs of clients.
∎ Develop and write project proposals that effectively communicate the organization's goals, objectives, and strategies to potential clients or funding agencies.
∎ Ensure that proposals are technically accurate, grammatically correct, and adhere to the client's guidelines.
∎ Collaborate with the organization's leadership team to ensure that proposals align with the organization's overall mission and vision.
∎ CV Bank development and management of Project Consultants and experts.
∎ Coordinate proposal reviews and revisions with team members and stakeholders.
∎ Data Analysis, Report Writing and Presentations.
∎ Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices for project proposal writing.
∎ Identify and pursue new business opportunities by proactively searching for new clients or funding opportunities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 4 – 5 years of proven experience as a project proposal writer, preferably in a business consulting companies / INGOs / foreign donor agencies like JICA, ADB, World Bank etc.
∎ Excellent writing, editing, and research skills.
∎ Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
∎ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
∎ Familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices.
∎ Knowledge of government and foreign funded procurement processes and funding opportunities.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools.

Salary: Negotiable
