Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implementation of project activities, including strengthening Union and Ward level Nutrition & WASH
∎ Committees, supporting Community Facilitators to complete Maternal & child nutrition behavior change programming, maintain MNP supply facilities,
∎ Analyze the root cause of vulnerability and work with all Committee, Govt, Local Govt, and Community to resolve this problem of malnutrition
∎ Supervise Community Facilitators to deliver key activities in the ground · Build relationships with individuals, social groups, institutions, and organizations. · Encourage, affirm, and strengthen those individuals and groups who are working for and with the most vulnerable children · Assist the government health department to render their health services for the community people efficiently · Coordinate with AP level technical specialists and other sector staffs for effective program integration and quality implementation · Identify and monitor local partners that support or implement the activities · Engage at individual and household level to facilitate the development process of Most Vulnerable · Ensure monitoring and evaluation of activities as per M&E systems, tools and guidelines · Capacity building of facilitators and relevant stakeholders
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 50000 - 55000 (Monthly)
