Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design the CFW operational plan for the cleaning campaign coordinating with project engineer.
∎ Perform as focal person in the camp and communicate to CiC's and Govt person and give the appropriate feedback.
∎ Monitor the contractors to ensure all construction work according to design, plan and specification besides assists the contractors/partners in resolving the technical issues.
∎ Report any inconsistency or problem occurring on the site to the site office.
∎ Inspect and supervise the Quality of any type of construction materials before the full procurement takes place and Work closely with Procurement committee to provide the technical support.
∎ Ensure that all designs and technical specifications are shared with Project manager and comments and agreements are obtained.
∎ Prepare detailed annual implementation plan and monthly activity plans and procurement plans.
∎ Monitor delivery of sanitation materials/tools/equipment by WASH committees to households to ensure equity and accountability and liaise with the WASH camp store keeper to ensure that an up to date stock inventory is kept.
∎ Monitor and supervise infrastructure repair, replacement activities to ensure public health and safety assured.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
Additional Requirements:
∎ Sound in technical knowledge
∎ Experience in working with camp context or the local government institution.
∎ Knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel and AutoCad.
∎ Good communication skill in both English and Bengali.
∎ Leadership skills & teamwork spirit
