Educational Requirements:
∎ [Essential] Bachelor Degree in relevant filed.
∎ [Desirable] Have Relevant Degree/Certification such as - MPH/Disaster Management / Population science etc.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
NGO
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Facilitation and implementation of project activities as per design document.
∎ Ensure the community mobilization.
∎ Execution of the project activities as per plan.
∎ Networking within the GoB/DNCC, other NGOs and relevant stakeholders.
∎ Conduct Ward WATSAN committee meeting.
∎ Community WASH volunteer facilitation and capacity building.
∎ Community level networking and advocacy with stakeholders.
∎ Reporting and documentation.
∎ Facilitate and ensure training for WASH committee.
∎ Monitor Ward WATSAN and Water point management committee activities.
∎ Help to complete water point and latrine construction.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Must have knowledge and skills of WASH project implementation preferable urban context.
∎ Ability to drive motorbike with valid driving license.
∎ Management capacity of field level works.
∎ Ability to work in different target groups and diversify socio-cultural environment.
∎ Oral and written communication skills in English and Bengali.
∎ Ability to work in a team & skill for community mobilization.
∎ Work under pressure and can take additional responsibilities.
∎ Minimum 2 years of experience; specifically in the WASH activities.
∎ Basic computer literacy using of Microsoft Office Microsoft Word, Excel & MS Power Point.
∎ Understanding of urban context and urban administration.
