Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct training and activities within formal structure. (CIC, RRRC, MOWCA, Union Parishad)
∎ Lead technical assistance to the SASA! Together program in the areas of institutional strengthening development.
∎ Develop and implement trainings, workshops for institutional strengthening for SGBV prevention and risk mitigation.
∎ Ensure an appropriate Learning and Assessment (L&A) system is in place and is functioning satisfactorily.
∎ Periodically review and revise the system so that it is adapted appropriately with changing operating contexts.
∎ Ensure relevant and timely L&A information is provided in user-friendly formats to key stakeholders.
∎ Provide training and mentoring for community activists.
∎ Act as a focal point to organize and manage monitoring reviews, evaluations and/or After-Action Reviews (AARs).
∎ Provide support to the SASA to establish baselines and set up L&A systems suited to the operating context.
∎ Provide training and mentoring for SASA together staffs.
∎ Ensure all information be kept with the highest confidentiality.
∎ Establish appropriate indicators at the outset of the SASA Activities.
∎ Establish and coordinate monitoring systems including data collection, analysis and ensure information gathered through monitoring activities is shared quickly and in an appropriate format with senior managers so that any problems arising can be addressed.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Have good Leadership skills and negotiation skills
∎ Demonstrated competency to work independently with minimum supervision.
∎ Strong mentality to work with displaced people as well as Sexual and Gender Based Violence survivors.
∎ Strong experience from a humanitarian/NGO setting with relevant professional experience in the field of sexual exploitation and abuse, protection, gender-based violence, staff misconduct and discipline, gender mainstreaming and/or humanitarian affairs.
∎ Excellent team management and coordination skills.
∎ Ability to adapt to changes and work in tense situations.
∎ Strong motivation and ability to undertake regular field visits and interact with different stakeholders.
∎ Willingness and ability to work in the field directly with communities (camp setting and communities in the project field area).
∎ Have good communication skills & fluent in English communication.
