This position is responsible to maintain kobo database by regularly updating it for various analytical report preparation and presentation as well as tracking progress. The person responsible is engaged in regular kobo input and monitoring the health post and outreach activities and report to HP Manager.
Ensure daily beneficiaries data input on KoBo tools.
Ensure daily screening and beneficiaries report.
Ensure daily DHIS-2 data submitted on kobo for CS office at Noakhali.
Ensure error data checked by daily basis.
Timely ensure weekly activities report submitted to UNHCR KoBo Tools.
Timely checked Weekly Nutrition report.
Ensure Facility Noise level update by weekly basis.
Timely provide Monthly EPI report to HIS officer at cox office.
Timely submit Monthly MIS report.
Ensure Monthly facility monitoring report.
Ensure Exit interview of beneficiaries at Facility base.
Exit interview of beneficiaries at Community level.
Prepared Monthly staff time sheet prepared and preserved.
Monthly staff data sheet update and Monthly volunteer data sheet update.
Timely submit monthly DC and CiC Narrative report
Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
