Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor or Masters degree in Social Science, Law and any other discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To produce and disseminate of knowledge and learning products.
∎ S/he will contribute to the preparation of implementation strategy and other learning documents to support smooth knowledge management culture in the protection sector.
∎ Support the Project Manager in preparing operational guidelines and tools, documents and other assignments as required.
∎ Ensure effective process of collecting and disseminating lessons learnt from emergency operations
∎ Develop and implement curriculum and modules for capacity development activities, including training courses, simulation exercises, seminars and workshops through a comprehensive consultation process.
∎ Identify the training needs, develop training plan and conduct training.
∎ Conduct evaluation on the capacity building activities, and use the evaluation result as basis to improve the existing programmes,
∎ Contribute in SOPs, modules, handbooks, guidelines, and manuals;
∎ Develop and maintain a database that consists of trainers, speakers, resource persons, and training providers
∎ Conduct monitoring and evaluation of the overall implementation of Knowledge Management plan and prepare periodic reports that consist of reviews, analyses, evaluations and recommendations to improve the overall implementation of Knowledge Management plan.
∎ Perform any other task as assign by the Manager.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the program’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2 years of practical experience in relevant field.
∎ Excellent knowledge on protection issues
∎ Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
∎ Proficiency on Microsoft word, excel and power point.
∎ Excellent command on English and Bangla.
∎ Strong analytical and conceptual skills with strong knowledge on developmental issues.
∎ Strong team building capacity and skills including the ability to cope with the people in diverse multi-cultural environment.
