Educational Requirements:
∎ [Essential] Graduation in social science or relevant field.
∎ [Desirable] Post graduation in social science or relevant field.
∎ Skills Required: Excellent communication skill in both Bengali and English, Motorbike Driving, Reporting and Documentation

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Project Coordinator/ Officer
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement the project activities in the specific working area in accordance with project design for achieving the goal, outcomes and outputs.
∎ Assist in project planning, budget preparing, training & workshops facilitation; prepare all reports and document properly in time and all other required activities to ensure smooth operations of the project.
∎ Quality ensure of Project Activities.
∎ Planning & budgeting as per design.
∎ Establish networking and collaboration with relevant partners.
∎ Establish trusted relationship with beneficiaries for bringing the desired impacts of the project.
∎ Build and maintain close relationship with concern stakeholders/partners and promote integration and joint efforts for effective implementation of field level activities.
∎ Establish effective working relationship, adequate referral and networking with relevant GOs, NGOs and other civil society groups to achieve project goal through collaborative efforts.
∎ Ensure financial & management policies compliance.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Ability to drive motorbike with valid driving license.
∎ Must have knowledge and skills of project implementation.
∎ Ability to work in different target groups.
∎ Oral and written communication skills in English and Bengali.
∎ Ability to work in a team.
∎ Work under pressure and can take additional responsibilities.
∎ Basic computer literacy using of Microsoft Office Microsoft Word, Excel & MS Power Point.
∎ Minimum 2 years experiences in relevant field.
∎ Must live in the project working area and 75% fieldwork is expected.
∎ Ready to accept the challenges and cope with the changes.
