Job Context:
∎ SARPV looking for recruitment the personnel to implement its IDEA project supported by Manusher Jonno Foundation. Interested qualified and experienced persons are requested to apply by the maintaining procedure.
∎ Work Station: Chakaria under Cox`s bazaar district.
∎ Duration : up to December - 2021
Job Responsibilities:
∎ At least three years practical experience in programme planning, operation and management in field level
∎ Provide need based support project facilitator and volunteer for field implementation of project activities
∎ Responsible for produce project documentation
∎ To build a working relationship with relevant government bodies and different stake holders
∎ Networking and communicationskills with govt. and non govt. bodies
∎ Demonstrative skills in rights based project implementation
∎ Assist to develop IEC, advocacy, visibility and awareness raising material
∎ Promote the accessibility of marginal, excluded and vulnerable groups into the rights as well as the services
∎ Economic empowerment of person with disability anddevelopment by entrepreneurship and leadership skill develop and engage them with social & economic activities
∎ Fully respectful & sensitized to all races, colors, religions, people with diverse culture, Gender equality and diversity.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 years' experience in the relevant area and of project management
∎ Ability to organise, facilitate and good documentation skill of training, meeting and workshops individually
∎ Collecting data and information from the field level
∎ Good Advocacy, liaison, linkage and presentation skills
∎ Excellent computer skill (Microsoft office: Word, Excel and Power point)
∎ Excellent demonstrative fluency in speaking and writing skills in English
∎ Individually capable to prepare different types of documents and reports timely
∎ Any other duties from senior management
∎ Motor cycle driving skill with valid driving license
∎ Capacity to adjust and to work in any environment. to work under pressure with a team spirit.
Salary: Tk. 26700 (Monthly)
