Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's in any discipline (Working experience in similar field will be preferred).

∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Project Officers will be primarily based in district level. He or She will be responsible for capacity development on their respective areas, technical monitoring and reporting. They will be working under direct supervision of Project Coordinator of the project.
∎ Program management and development:
∎ Together with Project Coordinator S/He will be responsible for developing the capacities of Garden Facilitators to carry out project activities.
∎ Oversee the implementation of project activities to ensure the program is implemented according to schedule and budgets, and that program objectives are met.
∎ Build relationships with partners, government, other NGOs and UN agencies to establish/strengthen appropriate program objective.
∎ Provide technical guidance and oversight the renovation work of health facilities of tea gardens for labor room, labor ward, ANC/PNC and nutrition corner.
∎ Organize training on MPDSR, MNCAH and nutrition package for service providers of tea garden health facilities and GoB field worker
∎ Strengthen coordination and referral system between Upazila Health Complex and tea garden health facilities for institutional delivery
∎ Organize mothers assembly, social autopsy, GMP and SAM campaign at community
∎ Supervise record keeping for SAM and EPI drop out children in the community and referral to UHC/DH
∎ Oversee implementation and coordination of activities to ensure targets are met.
∎ Ensure project staff understand and follow FIVDB Policies and Procedures.
∎ Build staff capacity in work plan development and reporting to ensure accurate monitoring documentation of activities.
∎ Build staff capacity in writing activity and monthly reports to ensure accurate monitoring and documentation of activities.
∎ Work with the Project Coordinator to develop monthly and weekly planning and submit weekly, monthly and quarterly report.
∎ Ensure that all relevant financial documentation is completed accurately as required by FIVDB finance policy.
∎ Representation and Coordination:
∎ Reporting tool will be used to monitor input on monthly basis. Project Officers with support of Garden Facilitator will prepare monthly reports on their specific focused area
∎ Produce monthly/ quarterly/ semi-annual/ yearly programmatic reports & logistics for submission to UNICEF
∎ Develop and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders, including community leaders, & NGOs to enhance multi-agency cooperation and coordination.
∎ Others:
∎ Ensure activities are done in accordance with FIVDB administrative policies and in a timely manner to ensure the successful implementation of program.
∎ Contribute to a positive team spirit among all project staff.
∎ Other duties as assigned by the supervisor to enable and develop project.

∎ At least 3 years experience in the field of social development planning and management in child rights & child protection and Health & Nutrition related areas.
∎ Strong ability in problem solving and decision making.
∎ Excellent in resource and people management
∎ Excellent skill on dealing with beneficiaries, local people and elites.
∎ Supportive supervision and motivation skill.
∎ Skill in documentation, facilitation & reporting.
∎ Computer literacy having good skills.
∎ Proven leadership quality
∎ Motorcycle driving skill with knowledge on safety measures and valid license

Salary: Tk. 32000 (Monthly)
