Educational Requirements:
∎ Essential: Bachelor degree in any discipline.
∎ Desirable: Master degree in any discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Facilitation, Field or Project Organizer, Project Coordinator/ Officer, Reporting and Documentation, Training
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implementation of project activities, including strengthening Union and Ward MCHN.Committees, supporting Community MCHN Facilitators and Community MCHN Promoters to complete Maternal & child nutrition behavior change programming.
∎ Supporting community MCHN management committees to manage and maintain MNP supply facilities.
∎ Supervise Community Facilitators to deliver key activities in the ground.
∎ Mobilise Community Facilitators to conduct training needs assessments for the government health staff under upazillas and union parishads.
∎ Enhance capacity for Community Health Worker-CHW through effective training.
∎ Assist the government health department to render their health services for the community people efficiently.
∎ Demonstrate effective work relationship with stakeholders.
∎ Documentation & Reporting as required.
∎ Effective coordination with NGOs undertaking MCHN activities in the project area.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Have an understanding of project implementation.
∎ Extensive knowledge related to Maternal & Child Health & Nutrition.
∎ Oral and written communication skills in English and Bengali.
∎ Computer literacy, including the ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
∎ Ability to drive a motorbike will add value.
∎ Valid motorbike license or willingness to attain one.
