Job Context:
∎ DCPUK is implementing the project titled `Capacity and Confidence of Harijan Communities (CC-HC)`` in Rangpur city corporation and Syedpur Purashava with support technical and financial support of Manusher Jonno Foundation (MJF) and UKAid. DCPUK is going to works with the Harijan communities to promote their social and economic condition, with broader views of human rights and governance. In order to implement the project DCPUK is seeking the qualified team member according to the following conditions.
∎ Project Officer (PO) is reportable to Project Coordinator. The Project Officer should have Bachelor Degree in any discipline with minimum one year volunteering/fulltime working experiences in development sector. S/he should have understanding on needs and constraints of marginalized communities.
∎ Job Location: The position is based at Rangpur with travel to Syedpur

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to design, develop communication materials and methods for courtyard meetings, rallies, seminars etc.
∎ Responsible for documentation of results, cases, evidences with guidance of Project Coordinator and Manusher Jonno Foundation
∎ Responsible for online beneficiary profile management and quarterly reporting.
∎ Responsible to develop training module, schedule, materials according to the training need assessment.
∎ Facilitate training sessions with different methods and aids
∎ Assist field team for quality programme facilitation
∎ Support to communicate and coordinate with stakeholders

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Good interpersonal skills and a team player.
∎ Should have willingness to work with most marginalized communities
∎ Should have writing capacity in English language
∎ Should have analytical skill
∎ Shall have Bangla and English typing skill
∎ Strong in English writing

Salary: Tk. 22000 (Monthly)
