Educational Requirements:
∎ Master in Social Science / Anthropology / Political Science / Development Studies

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Development Agency, NGO

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain regular coordination with other project partners (i.e. UNICEF,DC, UNO together with other project actors' i.e. relevant govt. primary schools, relevant government education offices, etc.
∎ Coordinate and closely work with Union Parishad to implement community engagement components.
∎ Support WASH Promoters to ensure effective implementation of community engagement activities.
∎ Implement other joint activities at the field level with support of Union Parishad.
∎ Organize and conduction of different training, meeting and workshop with relevant different community actors, project stakeholders, GOs and other project partners staffs
∎ Participate in regular trainings and meetings with other project partners staff;
∎ Regular field visit and communicate with team members to ensure project activities are managed smoothly.
∎ Conduct training sessions according to the project requirement.
∎ Communicate and develop relationship with the targeted govt. primary schools, relevant govt. education offices, Upazilla and district administration.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and willing to spend more time in the field.
∎ Assist to prepare project progress report both in English and Bangla.
∎ Provide effective representation of NGO Forum Purpose at different levels.
∎ Other duties as required and assigned by the supervisors.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Working experience in the sector of WASH, Public Health, Disaster Management or Humanitarian Assistances and relevant experience.
∎ ­Ability to speak English and Cox's Bazar local language (written/verbal).
∎ ­Ability to work under limited supervision - Dynamism.

Salary: Tk. 75000 (Monthly)
