Bachelors in any subject from UGC approved reputed university or institute.

Staff supervision and monitoring

Reporting and recording

Working knowledge on Microsoft office

Programme presentation through multimedia in forum or meeting

Coordination with relevant stakeholder

This position will be responsible for project implementation at the field level and monitor the activities of the CHW under the supervisor of Project Officer, Health/Nutrition.

Prepare monthly Action Plan and implementation accordingly.

Randomly House Hold Visit/ Follow up within the working area.

Supervise and Follow-up the CHW work.

Ensure the implementation of all activities of CHW.

Conduct all kinds of meeting at community level (Majhi /Religious/ Local leader meeting etc).

Conduct Parents (Under 5child Parents, Adolescent) meeting

Conduct Husband ( ANC, PNC Mothers) Meeting.

Conduct Adolescent (Male) session.

Attend to the different meeting, awareness session and disseminate the program related discussion and messages (CIC monthly sector Meeting, Camp coordination Meeting, WASH, Child Protection, Agriculture, SDP, Education, Shelter, GBV, Legal protection, FSL sector)

Support to ensure timely supplies and logistics to health center.

Provides training and on the job coaching to the CHWS.

Adolescent TT vaccination ensuring( 10-18Years girl)

Service ensured SAM/MAM child.

Pregnant mother TT vaccination ensuring

To ensuring child vaccination and Other Vaccine

COVID-19 awareness campaign

Support to Any emergency health and other Campaign

Ensure targeted performance with quality.

Coordination with camp level local administration.

Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the program goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.

Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.

Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Maintain all documents , and Record Register

Ensure timely and correctly Weekly/Monthly reporting of all activities.

Attend Weekly /Monthly meeting

Ready to handle any other emergency situation.

Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.

Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
