The Complaint and Feedback Mechanism (CFM) desk Supervisor will be responsible for CAIPP implementation, organizing and facilitating the key activities at the field level under assigned project.
Implement CFM desk activities, including registering complaints, feedback, and queries into the digital system (CAIPP) in line with agreed standards and schedules.
Supervise, guide, and monitor CFM Desk Volunteers (COMs), ensuring quality service delivery, adherence to protocols, and regular presence at the ISC during working hours.
Manage information and data systems, including service mapping, daily KOBO data entry (complaints, feedback, queries etc.), and systematic cross-checking with physical logbooks to ensure data accuracy.
Ensure timely referral, follow-up, and advocacy with relevant sectors and stakeholders to facilitate case resolution in accordance with established referral pathways.
Ensuring the management and operationality the CFM desks, including availability of all required documents (logbooks, referral and feedback forms), communication materials, and a secure, locked suggestion box for confidential submissions.
Disseminate verified key messages and information, as approved by UNHCR and relevant authorities, and maintain a community knowledge sources to provide updated FAQs and context-specific information.
Conduct regular community outreach and engagement, working closely with community structures such as Imams, teachers, Majhis, women and youth groups, and persons with disabilities to enhance awareness and access to services.
Represent at Sectoral Coordination Meetings, sharing updates, challenges, and community feedback to programme improvement continuous coordination
Safeguarding
Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
