HEED Bangladesh is Non-Government and non-political National Organization working in the field of Health, Education and Economic Development for more than50 (fifty) years. The Organization invites applications from the suitable candidates for its TB Control Program in Sylhet, Habiganj, Moulvibazar and Sunamgonj Districts of GFATM project as a sub-recipient NGO of BRAC.

Major Responsibilities:

• a. Identify TB presumptive from the people attending OPD with different respiratory symptoms by systemic screening using FAST strategy (Find TB Actively, Separate Safely, Treat Effectively)

• b. Refer identified TB presumptive to doctors for further investigation

• c. Prepare monthly work-plan to implement project activities

• d. Prepare monthly/quarterly reports and submit in due time

• e. Practice and promote organization's gender policy and support implementation of

• gender equality and women empowerment at all levels

• f. Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the organization's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment

• g. Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action

• h. Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes

• place, and encourage others to do so

• i. Accept relocation of the work station or transfer anywhere based on the need of the project

• a. No of screening done for TB presumptive identification

• b. No of TB presumptive referred

• c. No of TB patient detected

• d. No of report preparation

Reporting and Dissemination:

a. Ensure disease reports weekly, monthly and quarterly timely, accurate and complete reporting as per the agreement

b. Ensure any other report to BRAC and NTP as and when necessary.
