Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline with 3-5 years’ experience on Agriculture and Livelihood project;
∎ Training/Trade Course: Project Managemnt,Monitoring evaluation,Report Writing
∎ Skills Required: Excellent English communication skills, social and leadership skills, Strong interpersonal skills

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sh/e will ensure the effective implementation of the project in line with approved project proposal and budget;
∎ Sh/e will supervise the subordinate field staff to perform their duties and responsibilities;
∎ Sh/e will maintain linkage with Govt. and Non-Govt. service providers on Agriculture and Livelihood issues;
∎ Sh/e will Prepare monthly fund requisition, progress report, case story, and other necessary documents as required by the project.
∎ Sh/e will require to provide/arrange technical supports for the field staff to ensure that, the project is being implementing and monitoring effectively.
∎ S/he will have to maintain current knowledge of the overall project and what documentation and reporting is expected from the management and donor within what time frame.
∎ Sh/e will require to arrange field schedule for donor staff visits and accompany with them during field visits in the project.
∎ Sh/e will Participate in weekly planning and coordination meetings and perform other tasks assigned from time to time by the Program Manager or Program Management Team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Good command both in English & Bangla;
∎ Requires knowledge of using personal computer including Microsoft Office Application;
∎ Knowledge of Project Management, coordination, leadership, community engagement and righs based approach.
∎ Be willing to work with ethnic minority.
∎ Be willing to work with under pressure.
∎ Able to communicate with various cultures and people groups.
∎ Must work within a team and in a matrix environment.

Salary: Tk. 40000 - 45000 (Monthly)
