Experience:
Master’s degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or relevant discipline.
Experience:
At least 10 years of experience in the health/development sector with 5 years in project leadership roles.
Strong technical background in SRHR, Adolescent Friendly Health Services, and Nutrition.
Proven experience in project management, donor reporting, and financial compliance.
Excellent leadership, team management, and coordination skills with multi-stakeholder engagement.
Strong computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and proficiency in English & Bangla report writing.
Young Power in Social Action (YPSA) (<www.ypsa.org>) is an organization for sustainable development working in the Greater Chattogram Division including the Chattogram Hill Tracts (CHT) since 1985 (International Youth Year). YPSA is currently implementing the project titled "Health System Resiliency for Improved SRHR in Bangladesh”.

Advisory Support from: Advisor – Program (YPSA) & Advisor – Finance & Accounts (YPSA)
Job Description/Responsibilities:
Lead overall planning, implementation, supervision, and monitoring of the YPSA project at Chittagong.
Ensure technical quality under the guidance of the Technical Advisor – SRHR, AFHS & Nutrition (BAPSA).
Coordinate with YPSA’s Advisor – Program and Advisor – Finance & Accounts for smooth programmatic and financial operations.
Report project progress and challenges to the Program Implementation & Training Coordinator (BAPSA).
Supervise and mentor project staffs (Program Implementation & Training Coordinator, Accounts & Admin Officer, MEAL & Documentation Officer, Field Implementation Officers and Youth Organizes).
Conduct frequent field visits to monitor activities, provide guidance, and ensure quality service delivery
Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and compliance with donor/organizational requirements.
Strengthen linkages with local government, health facilities, and community stakeholders.
Oversee budget utilization, ensure transparency, and contribute to financial reporting.
Promote safeguarding, child safeguarding, gender equality, and organizational values in all activities.
