Job Overview:
As a Project Manager at Virtucare.ai, you will oversee the end-to-end execution of AR/VR projects aimed at enhancing surgical care. You will coordinate across cross-functional teams—including developers, designers, medical professionals, and business units—to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with the company’s strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex tech-driven projects, particularly in healthcare, and will excel at communication, organization, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of AR/VR projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and timelines.
Collaborate with stakeholders across departments (engineering, design, medical advisors, and business development) to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, and manage resources to ensure project success.
Track project progress and performance using appropriate tools and techniques; adjust plans as necessary to meet evolving project needs.
Coordinate with the development team to ensure technical requirements are met, and the product aligns with healthcare standards.
Facilitate regular communication with internal and external stakeholders, providing clear updates on project status, risks, and issues.
Manage risk assessments, identify potential roadblocks, and implement contingency plans to mitigate delays or resource shortages.
Ensure that all AR/VR projects meet regulatory, quality, and compliance standards relevant to healthcare, including data privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
