Job Responsibilities:
∎ Keep track of software project progress and ensure all milestones and deadlines are met
∎ Sprint planning, project planning, prioritizing and managing client requirements and handling production releases
∎ Identify and implement process improvement opportunities
∎ Relationship management
∎ Reporting
∎ Sound technical background & good communication skills and very strong documentation skills to prepare proposals, e.g. Proposal preparation, extracting contents from RFP, Coordination with different teams, preparing presentations, case studies, client coordination for follow up on queries, appointments, Opportunity logging, tracking in portal, driving solution and UX design to meet customer requirement, finalizing test strategy and conducting E2E test cases before & with customer UAT etc.
∎ Identify, manage, and bring to resolution all project risks/ issues. Escalate major project risks to scope, budget, or timeline to appropriate escalation points in a timely manner.

∎ The candidate must have proven knowledge in Project implementation & Telecommunication/IT Services Maintenance activities
∎ Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
∎ Experience in product life cycle management
∎ Very Strong Technical Documentation and Technical Analysis skills
∎ Demonstrable experience of face-to-face working with diverse customers
∎ Ability to estimate, schedule and define budgets for projects
∎ Have ability to identify and manage risks and issues/critical path for all phases of delivery
∎ Willing to travel regularly to customer sites
∎ Strong verbal and written communication skills
∎ Have strong negotiating skills
∎ Effective organizational, time management and planning skills
∎ Familiarity with Agile framework
∎ Organizational and leadership abilities
∎ Problem-solving
