∎ Minimum 7 years of experience in managerial positions including 5 years' experience as a project lead.
∎ Proven experience in program planning, implementation, budgeting, financial management, staff management, and report writing.
∎ Strong management skills including the ability to provide strategic guidance, technical oversight, mentor staff, build strong teams, develop work plans, and manage budgets and project expenditures
∎ Excellent communication and report-writing skills in English
∎ Knowledge on climate change adaptation, community resilience building
∎ Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other computer skills
∎ Experience in working with government departments.
∎ Experience in delivering training for a variety of state and non-state actor audiences (local NGOs, government authorities, etc.)
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Field Supervision and Activity Management
∎ Oversee and manage field activities across multiple locations.
∎ Supervise field-level staff to ensure adherence to the project work plan.
∎ Provide necessary support to the project team for effective implementation of interventions.
∎ Planning and Execution
∎ Facilitate the development and execution of the project implementation plan in collaboration with the team and stakeholders.
∎ Coordinate and organize exposure visits, workshops, and capacity-building events for national and local stakeholders.
∎ Advocacy, Coordination, and Collaboration
∎ Follow up on advocacy, coordination, networking, and collaboration with union, Upazila, and national-level line departments.
∎ Maintain effective liaison with private sector representatives, Union Parishad members, extension officials, and community leaders to secure support for project implementation.
∎ Gender and Social Inclusion
∎ Promote gender-responsive and inclusive behavior in all actions and decisions.
∎ Ensure non-discrimination based on gender, age, ethnicity, disability, or other factors, and uphold sensitivity to diversity and inclusion.
∎ Capacity Building and Support
∎ Build staff capacity by facilitating training sessions and internalizing conceptual and methodological processes.
∎ Provide regular coaching, mentoring, and guidance to project members for successful implementation.
∎ Policy and Resilience Building
∎ Ensure improved risk knowledge and practices in key livelihood sectors in target communities.
∎ Contribute to the development and implementation of Upazila-level plans, policies, and land-use regulations supporting climate resilience.
∎ Logistics and Compliance
∎ Ensure timely logistical support and adherence to the organization's financial and HR policies.
∎ Prepare and review budgets in alignment with the work plan and ensure compliance with donor and organizational guidelines.
∎ Monitoring, Reporting, and Documentation
∎ Develop and share monthly, quarterly, and annual operational plans and reports as per donor requirements.
∎ Oversee the preparation of high-quality, timely reports for submission to stakeholders.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ • Employment Status: Contractual- Fixed Term Contract for 3-4 years

∎ Salary: 75000 BDT to 80000 BDT and 1 festival bonus equivalent of 1 month gross salary yearly
