Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Masters in Environmental Science/ Social Science/ Development Studies or any relevant subject.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Project Manager will be responsible for overall Project Implementation, Supervision, and Monitoring within a team work-frame.
∎ Provide effective leadership and management of the SEP project for project's efficient operation and long-term sustainability.
∎ Supervising and coordinating the project staffs to work with beneficiary identification for non-revenue generating physical activities, capacity development, eco-labeling and revenue-generating common service, community mobilization, environmental issues, & enterprise development on cluster-based approach.
∎ Communicate with the program stakeholders, including, government officials, donors, other non-government organizations, communities, school authorities and others.
∎ Orient project staffs about the Inclusion Works Project and strategy of the project implementation;
∎ Implement project intervention as per SEP policies and guideline.
∎ Establish a monitoring system to ensure quality implementation of the project;
∎ Monitor project activities through field visits and by holding meetings with project staff.
∎ Facilitate Training, workshop and seminar.
∎ Preparation of reports (monthly, quarterly and yearly) and work plan.
∎ Prepare promotional documents like booklets, leaflets, brochures for project branding.
∎ Make sure all program procurements are done in consultation with the Executive Director and other project staff as planned. Make sure the procurement is done as per organization procurement procedures.
∎ Directly accountable and reportable to Director (Program) of the organization.
∎ Other responsibilities assigned by the organization
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ At least 5 Years in National or International organization. Experience in PKSF or World bank funded project will be prioritized.
∎ Experience with PKSF Project Management is an advantage.
∎ Proven Knowledge of Microfinance management, Specially Microenterprise.
∎ Previous experience on directly implementing, supervising or monitoring of any dry fish/food processing related project.
∎ Field level experience on Microenterprise development/ Cluster development and Sustainability.
∎ Experience of knowledge to providing different types of training, awareness building among mass people on business development and Sustainability.
∎ Good computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, Typing (Both English and Bangla).
∎ Excellent E-mail communication both with donors and partners.
∎ Fluency in English and Bengali both written and speaking.
∎ Habituated to extensive field work.
∎ Motorcycle driving with valid license.
Salary:
∎ Monthly Gross salary of 50000.00 BDT
