Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum BSc. (Hons)/ in Food Technology/Food Engineering or any relevant subject.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure modern technologies in the field of Dry Fish Processing.
∎ Directly accountable and reportable to Director (Program) of the organization.
∎ Sound Knowledge on different types of fish dryers and uses.
∎ Ensure toxin free dry fish in production places.
∎ Clear understanding on Environmental Management Framework (EMF) and Social Management Framework (SMF).
∎ Conduct training for the relevant staffs on toxin free and modern technologies of drying fish.
∎ Conduct training for MEs on toxin free dry fish and merits.
∎ Sound knowledge on toxins is used by producers in dry fish processing.
∎ Prepare training modules on toxin free and toxic dry fish and their effects on human health.
∎ Additional responsibilities assigned by the authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2 Years in any Food Research Institution/ National/International organization.
∎ Desired Professional Qualification
∎ The person should be efficient, well conversant, hardworking and capable to serve project beneficiaries.
∎ Proven knowledge on Food processing/ dry fish processing, conduct member training, Awareness buildup about Food processing/ dry fish processing.
∎ Fluent in using computer with MS Word, MS Excel and Power Point independently.
∎ Habituated to extensive field work.
∎ Excellent coordinating capacity with community.
∎ Motorcycle driving with valid license.
