∎ Willing to drive a motorcycle with a valid driving license.
∎ Adequate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, etc.
∎ Excellent spoken and written English language skills.
∎ Willing to travel and work in the most remote Area

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement detailed project plans outlining key activities, timelines, and resource allocation.
∎ Coordinate with GoB and stakeholders to ensure project alignment with community needs and organizational goals.
∎ Lead, mentor, and manage project staff, ensuring clear communication and delegation of tasks.
∎ Foster a collaborative team environment to achieve project objectives effectively.
∎ Establish monitoring frameworks to track project progress and outcomes.
∎ Conduct regular evaluations and prepare reports on project performance, identifying areas for improvement.
∎ Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring effective use of financial resources.
∎ Ensure compliance with organizational policies and donor requirements regarding financial reporting.
∎ Build and maintain relationships with local communities, government agencies, and partner organizations.
∎ Represent the project in meetings and forums, advocating for the project's goals and objectives.
∎ Prepare and submit timely project reports to management and donor.
∎ Document lessons learned and best practices for future projects.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Resource Development Foundation (RDF) will implement a project named ‘Transforming Gender Inequality and Ensuring Empowerment for Climate-induced Displaced People in Urban Slum’ at Barishal from 01 January 2025 to 31 December 2027 funded by Climate Bridge Fund (CBF) with financial support from the Government of Germany through KfW, and BRAC. This project will be implemented in the slum areas of Barishal City Corporation. To implement the project, RDF invites applications from the competent and qualified persons for the following position.
∎ The project manager will be responsible for overall project management, ensuring project implementations, project management, timely reporting, budget control, and project and donor compliance with donor rules and regulations, Serves as a liaison focal point for the project, in the areas of compliance, reporting, M&E and program development.
