∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Project Manager will contribute to strategic development of RedOrange as a social enterprise and manage multiple SRHR and Gender Projects in transforming knowledge and information into effective advocacy and social-behavioral change strategies. The Project Manager contribute to new projects in the area of SRHR and/or Gender and ensures that projects under her portfolio are carried out/implemented effectively keeping in mind the sustainable growth of the organization;
∎ Work Collaboratively with Head of Programmes and leads to ensure the service offered by RedOrange are understood, documented and conveyed and reflected in the scope and approach of each project;
∎ Manage schedule, budget, asset and overall project administration to ensure the concerned team meets project requirements and client expectations;
∎ Develop and implement operational plans for the projects together with the Head of Programmes;
∎ Ensure project requirements and key milestones are clearly communicating to and understood by clients, talent and key stakeholders;
∎ Develop an evaluation method together with the Senior Specialist M&E to assess programme strengths and identify areas for improvement;
∎ Establish and maintain working relationships with relevant Government and other departments, stakeholders and external customers involved with projects;
∎ Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across disciplines and departments;
∎ Ensure goals are met including customer/partner satisfaction, safety, quality and team member performance to achieve the project goals;
∎ Implement and manage changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved;
∎ Ensure accurate and timely reporting of programme status throughout its life cycle;
∎ Ensure compliance and Demonstrate Company's Core Competencies and values;
∎ Analyse and mitigate programme risks and mitigate these;
∎ Assist project team on projects & assignments proactively and manage project related issues on account or assignment;
∎ Contributing to the business development at RedOrange by identifying new potential clients whenever possible.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven interest in and knowledge about SRHR and Gender
∎ Proven research experience in SRHR and Gender
∎ Networking skills
∎ Proven experience in managing teams and projects
∎ Excellent communication and writing skills in both English and Bangladesh
