Educational Requirements:
∎ At least a Master degree in Social Science or related field

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Take programmatic lead in all projects he/she is responsible for as the project manager;
∎ Develop operational plans for the projects/project plans;
∎ Plan the production and deliverables/activity of the project responsible from start to completion ensuring deadlines, milestones, processes and quality control;
∎ Ensure goals are met including customer/partner satisfaction, safety and quality;
∎ Develop an evaluation method together with the Manager M&E to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement;
∎ Implement and manage changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved;
∎ Ensure accurate and timely reporting of programme status throughout its life cycle;
∎ Analyse programme risks and mitigate these;
∎ Contribute to strategic development of RedOrange as a social enterprise with the business development team;

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Proven interest in and knowledge about SRHR and Gender;
∎ Proven research experience in SRHR and Gender will be added advantage;
∎ Excellent networking and presentation skills;
∎ Proven experience in managing project and teams;
∎ Excellent communication skills and writing skills.
