Responsibilities & Context:
∎ M/S Fahima Akhter Enterprise is a concern of Masco Group which aims to revolutionized Poultry industry in Bangladesh. Currently around one lakh birds are there in this entity & we are committed to expand it further. We are looking for a dynamic & committed professional who will take charge of this operation.
∎ Overall follow up of fully automated poultry (Layer) control sheds & machineries.
∎ Ensure environmental safety/Bio safety & brooding management.
∎ Ensure prevention and treatment (Vaccination, Vitamin, Mineral etc.)
∎ Ensure feed production, Raw material and Egg store management.
∎ Employee training & supervision.
∎ Ensure production target.
∎ Budget preparation, Raw material sourcing and Egg marketing.
∎ Preparation and provide different analytical reports
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by Management.
