Responsibilities & Context:
∎ M/S Fahima Akhter Enterprise is a concern of Masco Group which aims to revolutionized Poultry industry in Bangladesh. Currently around one lakh birds are there in this entity & we are committed to expand it further. We are looking for a dynamic & committed professional who will take charge of this operation.
∎
∎ 1.Overall follow up of fully automated poultry (Layer) control sheds & machineries.
∎ 2.Ensure environmental safety/Bio safety & brooding management.
∎ 3.Ensure prevention and treatment (Vaccination, Vitamin, Mineral etc.)
∎ 4.Ensure feed production, Raw material and Egg store management.
∎ 5.Employee training & supervision. Ensure production target.
∎ 6.Budget preparation, Raw material sourcing and Egg marketing.
∎ 7.Preparation and provide different analytical reports
∎ 8.Any other tasks as assigned by Management.
