Job Context:
∎ DASCOH intends to contribute to an improved health status, with special focus on maternal, neonatal and child health, primarily in Rajshahi division. To achieve the goal, DG Health, DG Family Planning, CBHC, DASCOH and the SRC commit themselves to support each other in implementing health system strengthening in Community Clinics, Union Health and Family welfare center and Upazila Health complex.
∎ This position is mainly responsible to give managerial and technical support to the implementation team comprises of Project Officer Health, Project Officer Community Mobilization, Area Coordinator, Field Facilitator, Documentation and Advocacy Officer and Training Officer for result oriented implementation of "Public Health Improvement Initiative Rajshahi" Project following project guidelines comply with DASCOH`s policy and procedure. S/he will work closely with the local health and family planning authorities and ensure quality implementation through contributing to management, monitoring, coordination & collaboration and harmonization of efforts between all including DASCOH, SRC, Health and Family planning Department and all others stakeholders. S/he is also responsible for optimizing the resource utilization, total quality management in the MNCH domain and the outcome of the project through Influencing/motivating both the health and family planning department to work together for efficient and patient centered services.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide proper supervision and management for all direct reports and oversee project office activities to ensure the effective and efficient delivery and implementation of project activities.
∎ Direct and manage project activities, finances and other resources in line with DASCOH policy and donor requirement and also delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
∎ Monitor the field activities periodically for ensuring the project process and quality.
∎ Initiate appropriate steps for responding the immediate needs to accomplish project objectives.
∎ Ensure optimum and appropriate use of project resources.
∎ Prepare periodic outcome report of the project (Quarterly, Half yearly and Yearly) or as required as well as documents the good practices.
∎ Provide necessary report, information or data as required by the reporting authorities.
∎ Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
∎ Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
∎ Develop system for on the job training/mentorship, orientation, coaching to the service providers to deliver basic quality health services to patients attending the centers.
∎ Harmonize the relationship among DASCOH, SRC, Health and Family Planning Department of the government.
∎ Initiatives for making functional management committee at all level facilities in project area.
∎ Share project outcomes and organizational objectives with the stakeholder in formal meeting.
∎ Plan, implement and lead the project’s event as required according to achieve the targeted outcome of the project following organizational rules.
∎ Address possible challenges that will be arise during implementation with effective and technical initiatives by coordinating with DASCOH and involved stakeholders.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Have experience working in NGO with skill of working closely with government specially primary health care service delivery. Having a valid driving license will be given preference.

Salary: Tk. 66580 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Weekly 2 holidays
∎ 2.25 festival bonus, Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity, Medical Allowance, Travel Allowance, Health Insurance and Leave Benefits will be entitled as per organizational policy.
