Educational Requirements:
∎ [Essential] Bachelor degree in Social Sciences/ Social Welfare/ Development Studies/ Child Development/ Law/Bachelor of Divinity/Bachelor of Theology.
∎ [Preferred] Post Graduate in Social Sciences/ Social Welfare/ Development Studies/ Management.
∎ Skills Required: Able to work under pressure, Community Engagement, Excellent communication skill in both Bengali and English, Financial Management, People Management, Planning and monitoring
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ The Project Manager is responsible for overall leadership and management of the project in order to achieve the program outcomes and goal as per approved program design and managing relationship with partners such as Faith Leaders and relevant stakeholders.
∎ This position will ensure project planning, budget preparing, training & workshops facilitation; prepare all reports and document properly in time and all other required activities to ensure smooth operations in the project.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strengthen relationship with partners.
∎ Planning, motoring & budgeting as per project design.
∎ Reporting to WV Bangladesh management as per requirements.
∎ Implement Project Activities.
∎ Capacity building of project staff.
∎ Ensure Yearly budget, detail implementation plan, and operational guidelines are in place.
∎ Accomplish at least 90% annual plan of the project.
∎ Ensure FD6 reporting and documentations.
∎ Ensure that regular project activities are monitored and supervised.
∎ Apply appropriate monitoring tools are developed and used.
∎ Ensure monitoring and evaluation, Baseline survey.
∎ Maintain business Relationships and Networking.
∎ Ensure effective working relationship developed with partners.
∎ Project Management and overall leadership.
∎ Supervision and monitoring ensuring quality and smooth operations of the project.
∎ Ensure accountability and quality management system in place.
∎ Capacity Building & Performance Management of staff.
∎ Ensured reporting and documentation.
∎ Strengthen relationship and built strategic alliances, network and coalitions with GOs, NGOs, FBOs, CFBOs, Churches, Mosques, Temples, Faith Leaders, Schools & Media as well as partners.
∎ Assist the Partners such as NGOs, FBOs, CFBOs, Churches, Faith Leaders, and Schools for different program activities according to the project design.
∎ Ensure meeting with the local government & City Corporation officials.
∎ Capacity building of FBOs, CFBOs and Churches, Mosques, Temples, Schools, CBOs, NGOs, INGOs, staff and volunteers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Understand holistic and transformation development.
∎ Proven management and leadership ability.
∎ Must have knowledge on child protection issues and existing law, policies and service provision and responsibilities.
∎ Proven experience as a team player.
∎ Demonstrated collaboration & team building skills.
∎ Strong analytical skills.
∎ Strong political awareness and judgment.
∎ Ability to drive motorbike with valid driving license.
∎ Work under pressure and can take additional responsibilities.
∎ Basic computer literacy using of Microsoft Office Microsoft Word, Excel & MS Power Point.
∎ Minimum 5 years of experience in the same field or poverty, justice and/ Education, LSBE or rights issues related policy and advocacy work.
∎ At least 2 years of experience in Leadership position.
∎ Demonstrated commitment to World Vision values and philosophy, and capacity to engage with the broader community in living these values.
∎ 60% office based work.
∎ 40% field based work / field visit.
