Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/Masters in any relevant field from any reputed university

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement the project plan effectively.
∎ Guide and supervise field based Technical Officers.
∎ Sign and adhere to code of conduct.
∎ Capacity building of the components, team members & teachers.
∎ Liaison with the Donors, Govt. agency and other stakeholders.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the program’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ BRAC’s values and mission, development sector, global development scenario to identify funding trends, financial and grants management, donor agencies, educational sector requirements
∎ Budgeting, communication, researching, writing, monitoring and evaluating, preparing reports, auditing, analysing budgets, project management
∎ Facilitating group meetings, managing timelines, oral and written fluency in both Bangla and English, handling critical issues with donor, project implementation
