Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plans projects to accomplish strategic goals within constraints of time, cost and quality standards.
∎ Defines all project activities, deliverables and milestones to meet objectives with input from project team members, accurately sequences tasks, and identifies the critical path.
∎ Gathers the project activities in MS Project Plan, backlog of a Kanban board or both.
∎ Tracks key project artifacts - project summary and metrics, risk registry, issues log, team members, and any other information that needs to be tracked at the project level.
∎ Monitors project execution to identify obstacles and deviations from plan and take corrective action as needed.
∎ Defines and tracks KPI for team members and performs regular audit and review.
∎ Tracks progress on project activities using standard SDLC and/or Agile methodologies.
∎ Performs typical closing activities, including formal review with key partners.
∎ Conducts continuous risk and issue assessment and management using standard methodology, including measures to mitigate, accept or avoid risk.
∎ Ensures that, during tactical execution of project, the broader strategic and architectural context and technical direction is applied, identifying and resolving problems and challenges in advancing architecture plans.
∎ Maintains constant and up to date communication with customers/clients.
∎ Sets up and leads any production related Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
∎ Acts as a skilled diplomat and leader in negotiations with customers, partners, identifying group conflict and facilitating resolution.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Requires Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum, plus 5 or more years of related experience.
∎ Proven experience handling multidisciplinary projects across technologies and functions, who has a track record of overcoming project challenges and delivering successfully.
∎ Experience leading projects using traditional SDLC and/or Agile methodology.
∎ Professional experience with business analysis, product requirements, use cases and user stories.
∎ Proven experience working effectively and collaboratively across organizational boundaries and with vendors. Must be detailed oriented and think critically to ensure that all dependencies are uncovered and all aspects of the project are accounted for.
∎ Must be proficient Confluence/Jira, MS Project, MS Excel and MS Word.
∎ Self motivated to drive initiatives from end-to-end.
∎ Strong analytical-reasoning and problem-solving skills.
∎ Passion for building great products.
∎ Must be proficient in verbal and written communication in English.
∎ Must be able to multitask and maintain multiple projects on track simultaneously.
∎ Must be able to communicate and manage client/customer expectations.
