Educational Requirements:
∎ Desired Qualification and Experience:
∎ Graduate Civil Engineer with minimum 18 years of experience
∎ OR
∎ Diploma Civil Engineer with minimum 25 years of experience

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordination between site team, Client, Contractor and Consultants, Architects
∎ Attending meeting with Client, Consultants, Contractors as Project Manager.
∎ Taking decisions for smooth progress of the project.
∎ Overall Project delivery responsibility as a Project Head
∎ Project execution philosophy and procurement strategy formalization
∎ Contract administration, overview and control
∎ Project Activity Co-ordination with Client and Project Team
∎ Client direct interface/ point of contact
∎ Formalization of overall Project Responsibility Matrix, Roles and Responsibilities, Client Action listing
∎ Describing the scope of work for every project team member
∎ Keeping track on the progress of the project

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Candidate should have experience of working in a reputed Project Management Consultancy Firm at least for 6 years in the capacity of Project Manager/ Project Head and must be conversant with the following process: -
∎ Design Management
∎ Planning Management
∎ Procurement Management
∎ Contract Management
∎ Construction Process Management
∎ Candidate must be proficient in use of computer with Excel, Word and Power Point.
