Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor or Diploma in Electrical or similar disciplines of Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing, Supervision and Contract Administration of all Electrical & Mechanical works under a Project Manager.
∎ Checking and reviewing SLD and detail drawings (ACAD and hardcopies). schedule monitoring.
∎ Scheduling, checking and monitoring of contractors’ works. Ensuring quality works as per specifications.
∎ Co-ordination between various disciplines of works and ensuring timely completion of MEP works.
∎ Ensuring Electrical Safety as well as other safety measures at site and during contractors’ works execution.
∎ Checking of bills related to MEP disciplines and payment certification.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ 08 to 10 year(s) for Graduate Engineers/ 12 to 14 years for Diploma Engineers. The candidates should have the exposure of working in developing of mixed used project (Residential / Hotel / shopping mall).
∎ Be Conversant with the installation, testing & commissioning of 33KV/11KV Substations (statutory requirements, Electrical Codes, HT Termination and Cabling, Erection & commissioning of Transformer, HTP, PCC, MCC, etc.), Internal & External Lighting of Mixed-use Projects, Earthing, Electrical Light fittings (concealed, surface, recessed, spikes, flood lights, high bay lights, etc.), Load Distribution, Wiring Circuitry, Panels & DBs, etc.
∎ Experience in MEP works including HVAC, Lifts, Escalators, Fire Protection & Fire Detection Systems and other PHE/MEP works. Experience in BMS etc. of Mixed used Projects will be highly preferred.
∎ Good communication skill in English.
∎ Background of working in a reputed contracting firm and/or PMC firm will be preferred.
∎ Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office & AutoCAD) are must.Knowledge of DOE liaising and Electrical Connection Norms.
