Responsibilities & Context:
- Overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completion
- Keep up to date PM reports daily basis
- Tender Preparation
- Construction Manager to plan construction projects and oversee their progress along the way in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
- Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
- Review the work progress on daily basis
- Analyses, manage and mitigate risks
- Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
- Participate all the meeting which related with project
- Ensure bill on time
- Any other activities to fulfill tasks
